Laura Wright has exhibited in various exhibitions in Maryborough and Ballarat. Laura recently exhibited in the 2018 annual Community Art exhibition at the Central Goldfields Art Gallery in Maryborough, where she sold her painting ‘I have loved the stars too fondly too be fearful of the night’.
British Journal of Aesthetics 2014 Cover CompetitionLaura won the British Journal of Aesthetics front cover design competition, she was awarded with having her design published on the front cover of the 4th issue for 2014.

Young Adults Prize, November 2012Laura's drawing "The Dream" won the Young Adults Prize, in the Annual Central Goldfields Shire Community Art and Craft Exhibition, at the Maryborough Art Gallery, November 2012. Drawn in charcoal, during her third year of uni (2012), as part of her Dance & Balletballet series.

Laura's first exhibition was at the Maryborough Art Gallery, she exhibited a piece which she completed during high shcool, called "The Day The Music Died". This piece was made from an old guitar, using old war letters, dog tags, and barbed wire. The letters were from her own family history, of a relative who fought and died at Gallipoli.
